Last month my sweet sweet daughters turned 5 and 3. They wanted a fairy party, so we decided to do it at home and keep it simple.
We planned to invite a few friends, make some magic wands and have a fairy treasure hunt and of course – some yummy desserts. Both girls and their sweet friends had a great day, the planning was half the fun.
Here are some of my favorite pictures from the girls’ special day:

Treasure hunting:

This fairy door really opens! It held a note from the fairies with clues about where to find the hidden treasures:

the girls and i worked together on some delicious fairy food (like garden snails, fairy wands and twigs and berries):

Dad - Wonderful stuff! My fave is Julie on the tire, but C. is absolutely a superstar. I’m confident she’s level-headed enough to keep it under control. And you look wonderful.
I’ll get a few wedding pix up on Picasa pretty soon.
It’s also a nice idea to credit the suppliers. Do you plan these parties?
