Kicked of wedding season last month with an intimate affair at the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay, one of my favorite wedding venues. It was a gorgeous day and a lovely couple!
Yes, yes i know i know it’s only valentines day! but never too early to start planning for mothers day and fathers day! They will be here before you know it! I made these books for a recent client with photos from our session and I LOVE them. The best part is you can schedule the session and then surprise mom or dad with the book later. In this example, I used quotes about motherhood, but all of the text can be changed to whatever you like. A super-cute idea for families with young kids is to interview the children with questions about mom or dad. The answers are almost always hilarious, and this makes a really amazing gift that mom and dad are seriously going to love. Here are a few sample pages from the book I made recently:

I met up with an old friend last week in Pacifica for some photos of her and her darling kids. We went to college together on the east coast and now we both live in the Bay Area but we both have kids and work and busy lives and don’t get to see each other nearly enough! Miss you MM! Here’s to seeing more of you guys in 2012. xoxo
